Will I receive customs/import duties?

Any customs or import duties are charged once the package reaches its destination country. You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We are not responsible for any customs and import duty charges.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and are unable tell you what the cost would be, since customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.


    Returns

    • Please e-mail madebyayo@gmail.com with your order number, items to return, and the reason for return to alert us that your return is on its way within 14 days.
    • All clients are responsible for return shipping charges and should affix a label with a tracking number to the package, seal it and send it to the address provided to you. Feel free to reuse the package we sent to you. If you use a return label that does not have a tracking number, we cannot guarantee a refund if your return is lost.
    • Please note that if there was a mistake on the part of AYO or in the case an item was faulty or damaged, the client will be reimbursed for the return shipping charges.
    • Once we receive the package, your refund will be credited to the same credit card/bank card used to make the original purchase. Please allow 10 business days to ensure that your refund is credited. You will be notified by e-mail when your return package is received and your refund has been processed. 

     

    Payments

    • Domestic orders: iDEAL payments via your own bank. You can pay with iDEAL if you have access to internet banking via ABN AMRO, ING, Rabobank, SNS Bank, ASN Bank, Triodos Bank, Friesland Bank or Knab. We receive payments directly and process your order immediately upon receipt. Payments with iDEAL are free.
    • International orders: our payment currency is EU - Euro. We use PayPal's secured platform to facilitate all payment transactions. PayPal accepts debit/credit cards via Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. 

    Gift wrapping

    The AYO product line is both perfect for a gift to a loved one or a gift for yourself. we always make sure your package looks like a gift no matter for who it is. Would you like something 'extra' festive please send us an email at madebyayo@gmail.com for assistance.
